Women experiencing postpartum depression may feel angry, guilty, panicky and severe depression.

How to Take Care of Yourself with Baby Blues

The best thing that mothers can do to decrease symptoms of the baby blues is to take good care of themselves. Eating a balanced diet, trying to sleep whenever you can and writing your feelings in a journal can help beat the baby blues. You may also want to ask other people and your OB-GYN for help.
